What we collect

To process an M50 toll payment we collect: your vehicle registration, vehicle class, travel date, email address, and the amount paid. We do not store full card details — card processing is handled by our payment provider.

How we use it

We use this information solely to record the payment, send you a receipt, and respond to support queries about your transaction.

How long we keep it

Payment records are retained for 6 years in line with Irish accounting and tax requirements, after which they are securely deleted.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. Contact us with your reference number to make a request.
