1. Independent service

M50 Toll Pay is an independent third-party payment service. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated by Transport Infrastructure Ireland (TII), eFlow, or any Irish government body. The official toll operator is eFlow at eflow.ie.

2. Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including vehicle registration, vehicle class, travel date, and email address. We cannot reverse a payment that was submitted with incorrect details.

3. Payment deadlines

The M50 toll must be paid by 8 pm on the day after travel. We do not guarantee delivery within any specific time window and you remain responsible for ensuring payment reaches the toll operator on time.

4. Refunds

Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Contact us with your reference number to request a refund.

5. Liability

To the extent permitted by Irish law, our total liability arising out of or in connection with this service is limited to the amount of the toll payment in question.
